引 言
紧固件表面处理是紧固件生产中重要的环节,根据涂覆层功能可实现紧固件耐腐蚀性、装饰性和功
能性要求。螺纹紧固件在选择表面处理时,不仅要实现各种功能作用,同时还要满足螺纹旋合性要求。
GB/T 5267 旨在规范针对紧固件产品的电镀层、非电解锌片涂层、热浸镀锌层、不锈钢钝化和热扩散渗
锌层等不同表面处理的技术要求,为涂料供应商、涂镀层加工方、紧固件制造者、分销商和最终用户组
织生产、销售和产品质量验收检查提供标准依据,拟由5 个部分构成:
—GB/T 5267.1 紧固件 电镀层(ISO 4042);
—GB/T 5267.2 紧固件 非
