引 言
张紧轮是发动机附件带传动系统应用的关键部件,其主要起到传动系统张紧力调节作用,使传动系
统张紧力保持稳定状态,既能实现降噪减振,又能提高带传动系统使用寿命和传动精度。张紧轮发展至
今几经技术变化,目前均具备自动张紧功能,其能够根据附件带的长度变化自动调节系统张紧力,一般
可分为机械式自动张紧轮和液压式自动张紧轮,由于机械式自动张紧轮应用较为普遍,本文件给出了机
械式自动张紧轮的试验方法。
