前 言
本文件按照GB/T 1.1—2020《标准化工作导则 第1 部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件是GB/T 9766《轮胎气门嘴试验方法》的第2 部分。GB/T 9766 已经发布了以下部分:
—第1部分:压紧式内胎气门嘴试验方法;
—第2部分:胶座气门嘴试验方法;
—第3部分:卡扣式气门嘴试验方法;
—第4部分:压紧式无内胎气门嘴试验方法;
—第5部分:大芯腔气门嘴试验方法;
—第6部分:气门芯试验方法;
—第7部分:零部件试验方法。
本文件代替GB/T 9766.2—2016《轮胎气门嘴试验方法 第2 部分:胶座气门嘴试验方法》,与
GB/T 9766.2—2016 相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
a) 更改了范围的表述(见第1章,2016年版的第1章);
b) 增加了外观的检验方法(见第5章);
增加了喉部直径和圆锥面位置及1号、3号、4号、5C号芯腔圆锥孔角度的测量方法(见第
6章);

d) 增加了外螺纹的中径、大径与内螺纹的中径、小径及深度尺寸的测量方法(见第7章);
e) 增加了H08C型气门芯的试验方法(见第8章);
f) 更改了密封性试验气门嘴嘴口距水面的距离(见第8章,2016年版的第5章);
g) 增加了气门嘴泄漏判定的方式(见第8章);
更改了“CJ08、CJ09”型气门嘴的橡胶与金属体的粘着强度试验方法(见第9章,2016年版的
第6章);
h)
i) 增加了AA21C~AA25C和CF06型气门嘴橡胶与金属的粘着强度试验(见9.1.3)。
