空间物体监测数据规范
1 范围
本文件规定了包括绕地球运动的航天器、运载火箭、空间碎片,以及其他绕某天体运动的人造空间
物体和绕太阳运动的近地小行星在内的空间物体监测数据的要素、编排格式、数据结构及说明。
本文件适用于由天地基光学望远镜、激光测距望远镜和雷达等监测设备观测获取的测角、测距、测
速、光度等空间物体监测数据的产生、传输、存储和使用。
2 规范性引用文件
下列文件中的内容通过文中的规范性引用而构成本文件必不可少的条款。其中,注日期的引用文
件,仅该日期对应的版本适用于本文件;不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用
于本文件。
